Tim Ryan’s career in real estate began with one of California’s largest single-family home developers and farmers in the Central Valley, where he gained valuable experience in land development and the agriculture business. He later joined Treehouse Communities (now Roots Management), a private equity firm specializing in manufactured housing and RV resorts. During his tenure, he was actively involved in $600 million of acquisitions, contributing to the firm’s growth into one of the nation’s largest owner/operators. This experience allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the manufactured housing asset class and its unique dynamics.
He transitioned into brokerage with CRI Real Estate, based in Costa Mesa, CA, where he successfully closed over $115 million in transactions across manufactured housing communities, land, and multifamily properties throughout California. His combined background in acquisitions and brokerage equips him with a unique perspective and the ability to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

Jason Jones

Jason Jones began his career on the investment side of residential properties, where he built a strong foundation in the industry. Recognizing his passion for commercial real estate, he expanded his expertise in the manufactured housing communities and multifamily asset classes.
Over the past three years, Jason has been instrumental in facilitating and curating transactions in manufactured housing communities, playing a key role in sourcing over $72 million in transaction volume nationwide. His transition from direct acquisitions to the brokerage space has provided him with a unique perspective, allowing him to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
Leveraging his experience in manufactured housing communities and a robust background in acquisitions, Jason has quickly become a trusted advisor in nationwide commercial real estate transactions. Jason Lippe
Investment Associate
Jason Lippe is a real estate expert with ten years of professional experience spanning brokerage, debt and equity placement, principal side investments, and more. He has worked across all major real estate property types, and has focused specifically on manufactured housing for the most recent half of his career.
Jason started his career in institutional capital markets at HFF Securities which was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). From there he transitioned to work in acquisitions with Entrada Partners where he focused on value-add investments in Texas and Southern California using private equity. Most recently prior to joining AVINE, Jason worked in various capacities with Wholesale Manufactured Homes, one of the largest new manufactured home dealers in California.
Jason blends his vast knowledge of commercial real estate finance with a deep understanding of the manufactured housing industry to deliver tailored solutions to clients. He operates with a service-oriented mindset and takes great joy in seeing his clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Jason graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in economics and currently resides in San Diego, CA where he enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family.
